Our philosophy is simple: development over hype, grit over shortcuts, and team over individual. We believe in teaching the game the right way, focusing on fundamentals, softball IQ, and mental toughness, while also building character, accountability, and resilience that extend far beyond the field.
At Team Rollin, we don't just train athletes, we build competitors. Players are expected to work, to learn, and to lead. Every rep matters. Every opportunity is earned. And every athlete who wears the Rollin “R” represents something bigger than themselves.

Team Rollin was built with intention, vision, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Founded by Coach Jazmyn Rollin, a former collegiate standout at the University of Missouri, Arizona State University, and the University of Houston, as well as a PGF Platinum National Champion, the organization was created to provide athletes with more than just a place to play, but a place to grow, compete, and develop into complete ballplayers and confident young women. Her experience competing at the highest collegiate levels, combined with success on the national stage, shapes the standard and expectations instilled throughout the program.
What started as a small, driven group quickly evolved into a competitive program recognized across Central Texas and beyond. The original team didn't just compete, they set the standard. They embraced elite competition, traveled across the country, and committed to the daily grind required to play at a high level. From early success at the 14U level, including a Top 3 finish at the USFA World Series, to making the jump and competing up in 16U, that founding group established the identity of Team Rollin: tough, prepared, and built for the moment.
As the program continued to grow, Team Rollin expanded to include a 12U team, creating a true developmental pipeline rooted in the same values and expectations. Younger athletes are now introduced early to the standard set before them, learning not only the fundamentals of the game but what it means to compete with purpose, discipline, and pride. Now offering 10U–16U, Team Rollin is an organization rooted in core values that sets a high standard of excellence. Team Rollin boasts non-parent coaches who all have competed at the collegiate level and who demonstrate alignment to the Team Rollin philosophy and standards.
